In India, now coding and software programming started considering as a big blue collar job as IT industry in India is booming from last two decades. Also, The Indian IT sector is expected to grow at a rate of 12-14 per cent for FY2016-17 in constant currency terms. The sector is also expected triple its current annual revenue to reach US$ 350 billion by FY 2025.

Most of the Indian youth turning their attention towards this fascinating world of coding. Averagely six out of ten students wants to be a coder. India producing approx. 1.5 million engineers every year, this shows the affinity of Indian students towards IT industry and their eagerness to become a professional coder. Many universities and colleges offered graduate and post graduate courses in computer programming also there are many certificate courses to learn computer languages. It’s totally on the personal choice of the aspirant, if he wants to pursue a career in software coding then languages like Java, Dot Net, Python are useful for him and if he is interested in website technologies then choosing ?HTML, CSS, PHP, My SQL and other CMS would be better.


With the introduction of frameworks like spring, struts, Codeigniter, laravel which provided many inbuilt features reduces the coding time and give an ease of working to the coders.

Indian Government always show their support and take many initiatives to promote the IT sector of the country like passing Information Technology Bill, known as the IT Act 2000 to deal with cyber crime and brought e-commerce business inside the domain of the Indian law

The visionary initiative of Government called as Startup India for promoting and nurturing new starts ups in the country is making India as a Startup hub. Many of this start up are related to the e-commerce business. So there is a heavy demand for website coders in this date and this will be increasing in near future.

Also with the introduction of Make in India initiative, IT industry will definitely get a strong boost up and this will increase the need of strong and able man power.
